For the Love of Lager

For the Love of Lager month has returned for another year of delicious beers. The slower winter season allows our lagers some extra cold maturation time, adding polish and roundness beyond what you get with a typical 6-8 week Lager production schedule.

Historically, Lagers were brewed in the winter - when the low temps favored ideal lager yeast fermentation and cold conditioning. While achieving fermentation & conditioning temperatures in the age of mechanical refrigeration is not an issue, nevertheless there’s a seasonality to Lager brewing at Farm Club.

To celebrate these special beers, we’ll be offering $14 flights (sampling 6 Lagers)
